Full Speed Debugging of low power, ST Micro 0.8mm pitch 64 Mbit FLASH memory with PSRAM is made easier with LA-BGA88D-FLASH-PSRAM-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter
BURNSVILLE, MN - February, 2008 - Ironwood Electronics' LA-BGA88D-FLASH-PSRAM-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter which allows high-speed operation simultaneously enabling memory device analysis used in PDAs, Cellphones, Digital cameras and MP3 players using Tektronix Logic Analyzer System. Ironwood Electronics is an expert in developing high-speed interfaces for processors, peripheral IC's and memory devices and is a development partner with both Agilent and Tektronix. Features of the LA-BGA88D-FLASH-PSRAM-01 include shortest possible trace length for maximum speed, low inductance, low capacitance, blind and buried via, rigid-flex PCB design technology. This adapter is designed to interface with Fine pitch Ball Grid Array (FBGA) packages.
Ironwood's LA-BGA88D-FLASH-PSRAM-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter consists of two parts. The surface mount foot is soldered to the target system board in place of BGA, 0.8mm pitch IC using standard BGA soldering methods. The probe board plugs into the SMT base and employs a PCB with power planes to deliver all data, address, control, and clock signals to Mictor connectors. The 64 MBit FLASH memory with PSRAM chip is surface mounted on to the male BGA adapter which will plug into the female BGA socket soldered to the probe board. Typical IC used with this adapter is the ST Microelectronics flash memory M36W0R6040T1ZAQF.
The LA-BGA88D-FLASH-PSRAM-01 adapter is priced at $1275.00 USD in quantities of 1-10 parts, with a lead-time of 5 days. The component parts are also available individually. For more information on this product please contact:
